Patient Participation
We have a functional Patient Participation Group in the Surgery, which is run by
the patients, for the patients, and you may wish to participate in it directly
or indirectly. Details can be obtained from the Receptionist.
Suggestions and Complaints
We operate an in-house complaints procedure to deal with any comments or
suggestions about the services we provide. Please speak with our Practice
Manager, or a Receptionist, who will be able to provide you with further
information.
We aim to resolve the problem swiftly, and take
appropriate action when we have failed to achieve the high standards we set.
Acknowledgement of the complaint and the outcome will be sent to you in writing.
A suggestion box is provided at the reception desk
for your comments. |
